Introduction

Welcome to Smileworks Pvt Ltd (“Smileworks”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services Offered

Smileworks specializes in manufacturing and delivering high-quality dental laboratory products, including but not limited to:

• Dental crowns
• Implant-related prostheses
• Dental bridges
• Fixed Partial Dentures (FPD)
• Removable Partial Dentures (RPD)
• Full Dentures
• Other dental prosthetics

Future services may include clear aligners and other advanced dental solutions. Smileworks reserves the right to expand or modify its service offerings without prior notice.

Customer Eligibility

Our services are exclusively available to licensed dental professionals and dental clinics across India. Products and services are not available to end patients. Verification of eligibility, including professional credentials, may be required during account creation or order placement.

Service Guarantee

Smileworks provides warranties and guarantees based on specific products, with warranty periods ranging from “no warranty” to up to 20 years. Detailed terms and conditions for warranties are shared directly with licensed dental professionals as part of the product price list. Warranty coverage may vary depending on product category, usage conditions, and adherence to recommended care protocols.

Order Placement

Orders can be placed through multiple channels, including:

• Phone call
• Sales team or relationship manager
• Website
• Mobile application (coming soon)

For each patient case, a prescription (Rx) form provided by Smileworks must be submitted by the dentist. For cases involving digital impressions, design files should be sent to our designated email address. Additional documentation may be requested to ensure accurate fabrication. Delivery timelines range from the next day to up to 7 days, depending on case complexity and the dentist’s location.

Payment Terms

Smileworks accepts standard payment modes, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. Payment terms and timelines will be communicated during the order process. Late payments may incur penalties or delays in processing future orders. Continuous defaults may result in suspension of services.

Shipping and Delivery

Smileworks provides free delivery services across India, handled either directly or through third-party logistics providers, depending on the dentist’s location. Smileworks takes full responsibility for any damages incurred during transit when managed directly. For third-party deliveries, while we ensure proper packaging and dispatch, we are not liable for damages caused during transit. Dentists are encouraged to inspect all products upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 48 hours.

Refund and Return Policy

Refunds:

• If a product is deemed unsatisfactory, a refund request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all relevant documentation.

Process:

1. Submission: The dentist must provide a written request detailing the reasons for the refund, accompanied by necessary documents.
2. Evaluation: Our Quality Assurance Team will review the request and determine its validity.
3. Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed within 15-30 days through the original payment method.

Non-Eligibility:

• Refund requests made after 10 days from delivery.
• Products that have been altered or are not in their original condition.
• Loss of prosthesis or failure to return the product.
• Cases where treatment has commenced, or the product has been used.

Returns:

• Products must be returned to the designated Smileworks facility, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Return shipping costs will be borne by Smileworks.

Warranty Services:

• During the warranty period, Smileworks will provide free repair or replacement services for defects covered under the warranty terms. To avail of warranty services, the defective product must be returned along with proof of purchase and warranty documentation.

Liability Limitations

Smileworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products. The maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, Smileworks will prioritize resolution through mutual consultation. If unresolved, it will be subject to arbitration under Indian law, with the venue for arbitration being New Delhi.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Smileworks website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Smileworks and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

Modifications

Smileworks reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to review these terms periodically for any changes.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
